Four Must Read Blogs

Sunday, July 22nd, 2007

Every now and then I run across a blog that is so compelling I start at the beginning and read every single post!

If you’re interested in making money on the Internet (and who’s not?), here are four must read blogs.

The way to read these is to go to the archives, click on the earliest month, go to the bottom of that and start reading.

Making Money With Quickies!

Friday, July 20th, 2007

As I catch up on my My Yahoo, I read a great post by doshdosh that talks about money making blogs. Turns out the money makers are in tech, celebrity, and humor. (Who knew? ;) ) The comparison of the blogs talked about is valuable. Take a look at it. Let me know what you think.

As an experiment, I think I’m going to start a “for profit” whore-type blog. (I’m serious.) I’m sure I’ll post about the details here. Stay tuned!

Pay Per Post

Thursday, July 5th, 2007

As I start to monetize this blog, I’m going to be trying a lot of things.

One of the first revenue streams I’ll be trying is Pay Per Post, and, when my blog gets big enough, ReviewMe.

Of course, the blog’s the thing!

How To Sell An EBook II

Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007

I wrote about Steven Aitchison’s (BlogConsultant) affiliate marketing results, here.

Steven is working on some search engine marketing campaigns, where he’s using Adwords to send his customers directly to the affiliator’s page.

Although, so far he’s losing a little money, I think he’s on the right track. He hasn’t lost a ton of money, which you can very easily with Adwords, and he’s learning a lot, fast.

My first real foray into internet marketing is selling my ebook, The Harold Cole Method, a book I wrote about how to quit smoking.
