Hi! My name is Lee–hence the “lee” in Absolutelee!
This is the third blog I’ve started. The other two were on Blogspot and were experiments.
Last fall I learned about blogging. I heard a lot about it on talk radio during the mid-term elections. I was intrigued. I Googled “blog”, got about forty million hits and dove in and started reading. I soon found a few blogs that I liked, e. g. Steve Pavlina’s blog and John Chow’s blog. Although very different, I liked them both. I also stumbled across problogger.
At about the same time, I learned about ebooks. I wrote my first ebook. You can read about it here. It’s taken me twice as long to figure out how to market it as to write it!
My goal is to develop several online assets (money making websites), so that my wife and I can live our lives more in tune with our true selves. To this end, I started this blog, Absolutelee, to document what I’m learning and doing. I want this blog to be a sort of trail of cookie crumbs for others to follow.
But I can’t help interjecting pure entertainment every post or so. To that end, I’ve written this post, about our dog, and this post about my experiences as a public school teacher.

As an update, let me add another picture of me taken by my daughter. This is in the new museum in Savannah, Georgia. The quality’s not too good. I took it with my phone with low resolution. But at least I’m not wearing sunglasses!
